If anyone has ever gone above and beyond. WOW! I had a huge delivery. 2 bush cords of firewood. The guys were AMAZING!! Dumped the wood in a totally awkward spot for the truck to get into (but makes it easy for me to stack). The firewood looks beautiful. Even and well seasoned. I’ll be dropping by to give them a tip. Thanks Lakeside! You’ve always got my garden business and now you have my firewood business.

Amazing variety of both indoor and outdoor plants. Great selection of perennials and annuals. They also have a good selection of pots and garden decor like fountains. Staff are very helpful too! The only downside to this place is that it tends to get very crowded especially on weekends. The aisles are a bit narrow with uneven paths so it gets tricky when trying to navigate a shopping cart full of plants during peak times.

Do not come here - you have been warned. Scroll through the reviews and you’ll see a trend filled with discriminatory treatment. We have not had a good experience here yet. Second time around and another disappointment. I always give a second chance but this place is unprofessional and they do not have knowledgeable employees. We purchased $300 worth of small plants on warranty last year. Called in to say almost all the boxwoods we purchased are turning yellow and 4 of them died completely. I was asked to come in and show a picture. I came in to show the picture and was told to come back and bring the plants with me. Went home, dug out the plants, and brought them back to be told the plants are not dead and could be revived (when our own landscaper said these are garbage). The manager said it was being eaten by an insect this year. I don’t care what the reason is, it’s making my front lawn area look horrible and your employee asked me to dig them out to begin with. But the manager did not care - said it was simple and for people who travel for work and have multiple properties - it’s not that simple. This rotting happened all year and we tried with our landscaper (all summer) to nurture them but nothing. Anyhow I basically wasted $300 yet again and the same thing happened with cedars I bought here the year before and those were planted in a different area. No accountability for telling me the wrong information and no solution - 20% off additional for on sale new ones that got me into this mess is not a solution. We are not professional landscapers and rely on people working at a garden center to have knowledge and career. I basically wasted $300 because you don’t have a clue what you’re doing there! GO TO SHERATON NURSERY INSTEAD (IN GEORGETOWN)! Our Georgetown property has all their goods and in perfect condition for years. Better quality there also, Sheraton nurseries care about their customers and have a computer system tracking customers and purchases that honour wrongdoings or issues. Never again will I go elsewhere. The manager had zero empathy and I rather go somewhere that’s fair, equitable and non-discriminatory! Will be sharing on all my platforms for my Brampton folks especially ! Avoid!

Good Selection, the price is reasonable and had been a loyal customer for years. Purchased an expensive Japanese maple about 1.5 years ago, which suddenly didn’t survive. Unfortunately the nursery won’t honour due to its one year warranty. I was really hoping the nursery to match competitors warranty of 2 years on perennials.
